Rules…
Program dates are January 1, 2008 to
December 31, 2008.
Contingency payments will only be paid to
riders with a valid U.S. social security
number and a valid U.S. mailing address.
Register for the program prior to receiving
contingency. Riders will not qualify for
contingency payments prior to enrollment date.
All Kawasaki warranty-sales registrations for
retail sales must be processed by Kawasaki
Motors Corp., U.S.A. (“KMC”) before
contingency will be paid.
Each vehicle identification number (VIN) may
be registered to only one rider at a time and
can earn one contingency payout per event. If
a rider competes in multiple classes at one
event, he will be paid for his highest finish
per VIN.
There must be a minimum of five riders in a
class for contingency to be paid.
No payments will be issued after December 31,
2008 for the Kawasaki Contingency program. It
is the responsibility of each rider to track
and verify all eligible finishes and payments
from Kawasaki. Any missing payments or errors
must be reported to Kawasaki prior to December
31, 2008.
Program details are subject to change without
notice. All program elements, interpretation
of rules, and substitution, modification or
withdrawal of any program element are at the
sole discretion of KMC. Interpretation of
rules by KMC is final.
