Washougal Motocross Park, located in Washougal, Washington, is a renowned motocross track celebrated for its picturesque forest setting and challenging terrain. Established in 1972, it has become a staple in the motocross community. Known for its natural elevation changes and loamy soil, the track offers a demanding course that attracts top riders and enthusiastic spectators.

In the 450MX Class, Anderson kicked off the day qualifying second overall. In Moto 1, Anderson secured a fourth place start heading up Horsepower Hill. The No. 21 quickly made his way into third and began to battle with Hunter Lawrence until a mistake sent him off track, which saw Anderson fall back to fourth. The Kawasaki rider continued to maintain his position and began to battle with Chase Sexton, where he would settle into fifth. Anderson continued to charge on his KX450SR, eventually regaining a position and finishing fourth in the moto. In Moto 2, Anderson claimed a third place start, and wasted no time charging to the front. On Lap 1, Anderson made a two-for-one pass, passing Hunter Lawrence and Justin Cooper in the same turn taking the lead. The No. 21 began settling in his groove, eventually establishing a four and a half second lead three laps in. Anderson continued leading a majority of the moto, but eventually settling into second place with less than 10 minutes remaining after battling with the points leader. Anderson remained within striking distance of the leader, finishing second in the moto and third overall.

In the 250MX class, Washougal, Washington native Kitchen started off the day strong qualifying second overall, and Masterpool sixth. In Moto 1, Masterpool had a great start in the Top 5 heading into the second turn. Kitchen unfortunately was quickly shuffled back, starting the race around the 25th position. A small mistake by Masterpool sent him to the sixth position, where he would remain for most of the moto. Kitchen began to charge, making up 10 positions by the halfway point. Masterpool’s sickness quickly began to fatigue him, causing him to fall to 10th place where he would finish. Kitchen would continue to charge and make a few more passes, finishing 12th in the moto. In Moto 2 Kitchen secured a Top 5 start, while Masterpool was outside of the Top 10. Both Monster Energy® Pro Circuit Kawasaki riders battled through the heat and fast paced track, strategically moving through the field. Kitchen had a steadier race as he was passed by only one rider while he passed two other riders, finishing fourth in the second moto and sixth overall. Masterpool continued to battle through his fatigue salvaging 15th in his second moto and 12th overall.
