BABBITT’S ONLINE/MONSTER ENERGY®/KAWASAKI TEAM GREEN RIDER GRANT BAYLOR AND NICK DEFEO FIND ADVERSITY AT THE RATTLESNAKE NATIONAL ENDURO

Cross Fork, Pa. - Round 6 of the AMA National Enduro Series was held in Northern Pennsylvania over the weekend at the Rattlesnake National Enduro. Known for its rocky and technical terrain, this year's edition of the enduro proved to be difficult for both the defending NEPro-1 Champion, Grant Baylor, and NEPro-2 newcomer, Nick Defeo. With Baylor crashing out after the second section and Defeo struggling to find his flow in the rocky terrain.

After a podium finish at the last round of the National Enduro series, KX450X mounted Baylor, was optimistic about backing up his ride from the previous race but instead found himself nursing his side after a crash in section two of the race, a crash that would ultimately end his day early.

With Baylor out of the race, teammate Nick Defeo flew the team flag for the remainder of the day riding a smooth and consistent race which netted him an eight place finish in the NE Pro-2 class

The next round of the NEPG series will take place in two weeks time on August 11th at the Grassman National Enduro in Chandlersville, Ohio for Round 7 of the series where Grant Baylor and Nick Defeo look to be back battling for the win.
