Kawasaki Racing Team (KRT) has been a dominant force in WorldSBK, securing seven FIM Superbike World Championship titles since 2013. In 2025, Alex Lowes and Axel Bassani reunite on the world stage, this time under the bimota by Kawasaki Racing Team (BbKRT) banner. With a new machine comes fresh challenges and Lowes’ experience and Bassani’s raw talent, positions the team for a competitive season aboard their new bimota KB998 Rimini race machines.

The 2025 season marks a historic milestone for the Kawasaki WorldSBK Team as Puccetti Racing steps up to full factory status after two decades of collaboration with Kawasaki to compete at the highest level. With a new team name and new riders including American Garrett Gerloff who will pilot the Ninja® ZX™-10RR in WorldSBK, while Spaniard Jeremy Alcoba makes his WorldSSP debut aboard the new 636cc Ninja® ZX™-6R.
